Railways of North America expansion

Railways of Nippon is a self-contained 2-4 player version of Railways of the World with a new map of Japan designed by the Japanese game designer Hisashi Hayashi. The game takes place during Japan's rapid industrial growth during the Meiji era, where you take the role of one of the entrepreneurial railroad baron of that time.

Rails of Europe is an expansion for Railways of the World. Glenn Drover, one of the two designers of the original game, has designed a European setting for the expansion, which uses the original game's pieces, tiles, money, trains, shares and rules, along with a new map and card deck. There are some rules changed and added for the expansion to reflect the new setting of the expansion.

Rail Barons of the World contains a new universal Rail Baron deck that can be used with any Railways of the World Series map as well as a solo mode for 7 Railways of the World Series maps - Eastern US, Mexico, Portugal, Nippon, Great Britain, Sweden, and Australia.

In the late 19th century, railway expansion across Australia suffered from inconsistent rail gauges. This lack of planning meant that different rail gauges must meet up at a station for passengers and cargo to switch from one line to the next before continuing on their journey. Railways of Australiarecreates this dilemma in a large scale map that is truly designed for 2-6 players.
