- Supply Water to your buildings with Water Pumps
- 2 New Action Characters Cards
- New Specialized Citizens (The teachers, the Workers...)
- New Real cities in North America with 8 new twists
- New Terrain: The beach
- New Real Buildings : the Golden Gate, the Statue of Liberty
- A new Citizen variant with the 11 men and 11 women provided in the base game
- 3 New Leisure Buildings to make the game more complex
and of course, more promise cards
