How to shop?
A brief guide on how to quickly and conveniently shop in our store.
You can select a product from the top bar by choosing a category, r by typing its name into the search bar: search in the store... (top right). You can also find it in the Recently viewed section. After selecting a category, the Browsing optionsfilter will appear on the left side, allowing you to find an interesting game by choosing the appropriate options. If all methods fail and you can't find the product you're looking for, send an email inquiry to [email protected] or call: +48 604 536 822 (9AM-4PM CET/CEST, we speak English).
Place the selected product in your cart. At any time, you can view the total price of items in your cart at the top of the page. To finalize the purchase, click on the Cart option, then the system will ask you to choose a shipping method and payment type. Depending on the country you choose, a different payment and delivery method will be selected. After selecting the appropriate options, you can once again check the exact total, including shipping costs and any discounts applied. If everything is correct, to proceed, click on the Order now button. In the next step, you will be asked to provide personal information and an address. If you want to skip this procedure in the future, you can register; the system will remember your details, and next time you'll only need to enter your username and password. Registration is optional and not required to complete the transaction.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation at the provided email address. Check all the details. If the information is correct, click the link to confirm the order. Failure to confirm will delay the processing of your order.
The product will be shipped after the funds are received in our account. For institutional customers, deferred payment is possible, but always upon individual arrangements.
The last step is receiving the product from the courier. Our shipments are carefully prepared, but to be sure, check whether the package is originally packed and secured with a control tape. If you notice signs of damage, attempts to open it, or other suspicious signs, open the package in the presence of the courier. This will allow a protocol to be drawn up and will help you effectively claim compensation from the courier company in case of damage or missing items.
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to the store within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided it is not damaged and shows no signs of use. For details, check the Safe shopping and Rules sections.
