Delivery time = order processing time + shipping time

For each product, the czas realizacji zamówienia, that's based on the current item status. This is the time between placing an order and the moment the goods are shipped from our store, taking only business days into account.

in stock (shipping within 24h)	The item is in stock and ready to be shipped
(expected delivery)	The item has been ordered and will arrive in our warehouse roughly within a week or two
(with supplier)	The item is with the distributor/publisher and can be ordered within 10-30 days
(on release day)	The item will be shipped after its release date
(unavailable)	The item is unavailable from both the distributor and publisher

We make every effort to ensure that as many products as possible are available in our warehouse, which significantly shortens the time needed to hand over the shipment to the carrier.

Orders containing items with varying processing times will be shipped once the entire order is complete, i.e., after the longest processing time has passed.

Please remember that for an order to be shipped, it must be confirmed and have the appropriate payment status. Orders paid using real-time online payments via third-party providers, if present for your country, are shipped immediately, while for payments via bank transfer, we must wait for the payment to be registered. Bank transfers made from the Polish "mBank" bank account are processed automatically, and the order fulfillment begins right away.

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method, which might differ depending on the country chosen during checkout. In Poland, packages are delivered by:

• DPD Courier: delivery time is usually 24 hours.
• InPost Parcel Lockers: 24-48 hours from when the package is dispatched.
• InPost Courier: 24-48 hours from when the package is dispatched.

Once we have shipped your package, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
