Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal for example, by sending an email to us at: [email protected]

Return the item to us promptly at the following address: ul. Rynek 17, 05-870 Błonie, Poland , but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

  • for a contract in which we deliver the item and are obliged to transfer ownership – from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the item,
  • for digital content – from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.

We will refund the payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the item under the terms specified in the regulations, without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the item back or you provide us with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

Please remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to consumers in the following cases:

  • where the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated item made according to the consumer's specifications or tailored to meet their individualized needs,,
  • where the subject of the contract is an item that is perishable or has a short shelf life,
  • where the subject of the contract is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery,
  • where the subject of the contract is sound or video recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery,
  • for the provision of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired and after the entrepreneur has informed them of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Complaints

If the item you purchased from us turns out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on warranty. It is best to submit your complaint to the email address: [email protected] or by mail to the address: ul. Rynek 17, 05-870 Błonie, Poland.

The item being complained about should be sent to the address: ul. Rynek 17, 05-870 Błonie, Poland.

In connection with the defect, you can request:

  • a replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
  • the removal of the defect,

or you can submit a statement regarding:

  • a price reduction,
  • withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a significant defect.

We are responsible to you for defects identified within two years from the date of delivery of the item.

As a rule, you can file a complaint within a year from noticing the defect, but the time to submit a complaint cannot expire before the end of the seller's liability period.

Your complaint will be addressed (a response will be provided) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint submission.
