Satisfaction guarantee

If, after purchasing any of our products, you find that it does not meet your expectations, or you simply want to return it, you can request a refund within 14 days!

We won’t ask you to provide a reason for your return, and we will refund the full amount you paid, including the shipping cost. The only condition for receiving a refund is that the game is returned to us in its original, undamaged condition.

If you change your mind after the 14-day period but within a month of purchase—don’t worry. We accept all unwanted games and refund the amount that was the price of the game at the time of purchase.

Transaction security

Payment security

our store are handled by the well-known and secure external company Autopay S.A. Transactions processed by them provide the highest level of security. The latest data encryption methods, combined with a world-class hardware platform, ensure the reliability of transactions.

If you pay via "instant transfer" (e.g., through mTransfer or "Pay with Inteligo" for our orders in Poland), no banking information—such as the bank's name or account number—is left in our store. The transfer payment is made through your bank, which guarantees the security of the transaction. If you pay by credit card, you enter the card details on a special BlueMedia page.

Planszostrefa.pl does not receive any information about your card from Autopay, only the authorization confirmation.

Autopay's pages are secured with security certificates and are part of an IT system secured according to banking standards. During authorization, providing just the card number and expiration date is not enough—you must also provide the CIV number located on the card, as well as the cardholder's address details. This data helps prevent unauthorized payments by someone who knows the card details (e.g., a waiter) but does not have the card in hand during the online purchase and does not know the cardholder's information.

Thanks to these security measures, paying by card online is safer than commonly believed. It is even safer than paying with a card in a restaurant or store—an online store and its staff do not even know the card number, which is common in physical-world transactions.
