In Upstream, each player controls a bank of salmon swimming upstream to lay their eggs where they were born. During their journey, they will face hungry bears, fierce birds of prey, and patient fishermen, all of which they must avoid in order to survive. These are not the only hazards the salmon must face as each round of play the strength of the water flow will cause some pieces of the river to fall back, making it impossible for some fishes to make their way upstream.

You are the top manager at one of the big oil companies, tasked with leading your enterprise into a future without oil. With peak oil looming ahead, you try to squeeze the last drops from oil fields around the world to gather the resources to invest into various oil replacement technologies. While you may try to emerge from the coming crisis by regular means, your competitors will most probably not, forcing you to dirty your hands as well.

In Coral, players develop a coral reef together, whilst vying to position their own species closest to the top, where they can soak up the life-giving sunlight. Together - as much as against one another - you'll build a unique, magnificent 3D structure out of gorgeous wooden pieces. This represents a coral reef growing and living in a complex, competitive harmony. Move around the table to find the best spots to grow your species, whilst blocking your opponents!

In Islet, you embody tropical birds seeking to nest on a small islet in the middle of the ocean. During the game you will collectively explore the islet to collect materials, while competing to create the best nests to spawn, thus guaranteeing the continuity of your species. On each of your turns you choose to either explore the islet to receive resources, or position yourself to create the perfect nests in which to spawn your precious eggs.

In La Cuenta ("The Bill") you go tapas bar hopping with your little group. At each bar someone will have to pay the bill - try not to be you! Inevitably, someone will run out of money. When that happens, whoever has the most money left wins.

It’s the age of discovery! The British Empire needs to find new naval trade routes to Asia, and thus launches many expeditions to the Arctic in order to find The Northwest Passage. In Through Ice and Snow you and your friends journey through the Arctic and vie to become the most prestigious explorer by documenting species, mapping treacherous lands and discovering the elusive Northwest passage.

This is the 1st expansion for the Arctic Epic Through Ice & Snow. This expansion requires the base game to play, and includes 3 new game modules.
